REPAIRING & MAINTENANCE:-

- It is mainly involved in manufacturing & repairing a wide range of Panel Air conditioners, Hyd Oil Chillers, Coolant Chillers, Water Chillers & Spindle coolers.
- 7000 sq. Ft. plant at Pune – Bhosari MIDC.
- It has an integrated manufacturing facility with an in-house fabrication setup.
- Separate 1000 Sq. Ft area for assembly of refrigeration unit with advanced tools and equipment set up.
- Service back up facility with a unique team of engineers for repairing work of imported machines with required imported material in stock.
- Our commitment at Bagwan Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is that whether your machine is made of Indian or Imported make, we will repair it entirely. We have different test rigs for pumping compressor, Ground test, Nitrogen Pressure test, Electronic Leak detector, Double Stage Vaccum pump & Environmentally Friendly Gas Charging Kit, Hot air Gun & Integrated Circuit Card Logic test rig.
- We have a unique team of Electrician who performs the duty of complete Electrical Control Panel Rewiring work corporating all safety features, i.e., Water Level Controller ( WLC), Single Phase Preventer, Overload Relay, Contactor, Timer, Solenoid valve, hot Gas Bypass, Ante Freeze Controller & LP/HP Switch & Display on Control Panel for simple interfacing for troubleshooting.
- We not only repair the machines but also suggest & train our customers on some crucial points for the healthy operation of the system to avoid unexpected breakdown.
- We follow the principle of SQDCM, i.e., Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost & Moral while working.

- We will allow one skilled Industrial Refrigeration & AC technician and tools at your company for 8 hrs duty to look after your Panel Cooler. He will carry out all the scheduled servicing activities of the Panel cooler & will attend & troubleshoot the complaint.
- We have our workshop in the central zone of MIDC, i.e., in Bhosari, so that we can provide you with fast & appropriate service along with our transportation facilities in case of any emergency.
- At our workshop, we have an excellent fabrication set up, i.e., Welding M/C, Press, Jigsaw Cutter, and Grinders; in short, we can handle any modification or retrofitting job.
- We are also involved in trading Refrigeration & Air Conditioning spares, so we can cope up any your material request imported or Indian make.
- As we are involved in repairing & maintenance of Industrial HVAC Eqpt for a long duration, we have sound technical details of various make Panel Cooler, so we can quickly decide for compatibility of materials, i.e., compressor, Condenser Fan, Cooling Fan, in short, it will reduce downtime for the waiting of spares.
